In compliance with our obligations under the GDPR, we notify everyone on our database that we hold information about them and the purposes for which we intend the data to be used.

Kaspr processes your personal data to provide its services, when it is in our or our clients' legitimate interest to do so and when these interests are not overridden by your rights. Our and our clients' legitimate interests include: having information about potential business customers organised in one searchable database; having access to up-to-date and complete information; being able to identify the individual that occupies a certain role within a B2B lead; enabling clients to only reach out to relevant contacts; being able to generate, and contact potential B2B leads in order to undertake forms of B2B marketing; the detection and prevention of fraud, misuse of services and money laundering; and having access to aggregated statistical insights for the purpose of understanding patterns and trends. We collect the majority of our data from publicly available sources such as from business and employment-oriented social networks, recruitment websites and company websites.

The categories of personal data collected on the Kaspr database include (among others):

• Full Name;
• Employer Company & Company Details;
• Office Location (Country & City);
• Business Telephone Number
• Business Email Address; and
• Job Title.

Your personal data is stored inside the UK or European Economic Area (EEA). However, due to the global nature of our business, your personal data may be transferred to third parties outside of the UK or EEA. Where your personal data is transferred outside of the UK or EEA, we have agreements in place which include standard data protection clauses to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data.

Kaspr will hold your personal data for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or until you opt-out from our database. You have the following rights:

1. Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
2. Request to have any inaccuracies corrected;
3. Object to us processing data about you;
4. Obtain a machine-readable copy of your personal data, which you can use with another service provider;
5. Request the deletion of data we hold about you;
6. Make a complaint to a Supervisory Authority; and
7. Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling.
